An Out of This World Recipe…Batteries Not Included…

Add patty pan squash to a skillet with one inch of boiling water, cover & cook shortly. Drain & cut a lid into the stem top of the squash. Remove & scoop out the centers of the squash. Chop the spooned-out squash pieces, and saute with onion & garlic. Crumbled bacon is also a good ingredient! Add some chopped zucchini if you need more stuffing. Remove from heat & stir in breadcrumbs & parmesan cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Stuff each squash to overflowing & place in baking dish. Cover loosely with foil & bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven until fork tender. Re-top the squash with its lid.
