Grilled Cuban Sandwich

Yield: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:

8 soft french rolls, sliced

1/4 cup of mustard

4 sandwich sliced pickles

4 slices of swiss cheese

4 slices of provolone cheese

4 slices of deli ham

4 slices of deli turkey breast

1 clove of garlic, minced

salt & pepper

Panini press

Preparation:

Preheat your panini press. Spread mustard on the sliced rolls. Stack the slices of ham and turkey on top of each other. Roll them up like a big fat cuban cigar- then slice up, making almost a julienne of the meats. Build the sandwiches with the meats, cheeses, minced garlic, and pickle slicers. Rub the outside of the rolls with olie oil & place on press. Grill for 4-5 minutes.
